1. Pricing and Payments of Goods
All prices include packaging, handling and Airmail postage to anywhere in the world. For purchasers within Australia they also include GST. Australian customers receive a Tax Invoice by email.

Payments are charged in Australian Dollars (AUD) but will be debited from your account in your own currency using the bank's exchange rate current on the day.
Payment of Purchase can be made in four ways
  1. By Online Credit Card Payment (Visa or Mastercard) through the SSL Secure Westpac Bank portal directly into my bank account.
    In this case I will not see, record or file your card details. All information remains confidential with the Bank.

  2. By Mail order, using the Jazclass Mail Order Form. Make sure to send your letter by Airmail and email me ahead of its arrival.

  3. By Email dividing your credit card details over two separate messages.
    You may also send your order by Email while paying with a Bank transfer from Western Union Bank

  4. Within Australia by telephone 0428 833 562

2. Delivery of Goods
I aim to process orders within 24 hours of you making the purchase online and of confirmation from the bank of your online payment.
In very very rare cases this is not possible due to technical difficulty such as computer-, service provider-, server- breakdown, or any other circumstances beyond my control.
Please make sure your email address is entered correctly on your order so that I can contact you promptly.
All goods are sent by Airmail postage to anywhere in the world. Transit times vary from country to country.
To Western Europe this is usually within 1 week, 2 weeks at the most.
West Coast USA also often within 1 week
Other USA areas and Canada within 2 or 2.5 weeks.
South America, Africa, Asia around 2 weeks average or 3 weeks at the most.
Delivery within Australia is always within 1 week.
PC owners have the option of direct online downloads of Courses.
In such cases I email the customer the download address and password upon my receipt of the purchase details (usually within 24 hours).

3. Free Download
To overcome at least part of the Airmail delivery waiting period for CDs I provide most customers with a download address, where they can download the first 3 lessons of a course immediately. This is always much appreciated.

4. Computer Requirements
All CDs are so called "hybrids". They contain two versions of my product, one version for Window based PCs (Windows 95 or later, including Vista), and one version for Macintosh (MacOS 8 or later, MacOS X or later).
When you open the CD only the version appropriate for your computer is shown, so that there is no confusion as to which version you should copy and paste onto your hard drive.
If you are so lucky to have both a PC and a Macintosh computer you can use the same CD for both computers.

5. Replacement of Goods
If for any reason at all, you find the product you purchased damaged or faulty I will replace it free of charge.
Also when the transit period by Airmail is becoming so long (in excess of 3 weeks) that the product is deemed to most likely have been lost in the mail, I will send you a replacement copy free of charge.

6. Refunds
If for any reason at all, you are not satisfied with the product you purchased I will refund the purchase price in full, no questions asked.
For the record
During the entire period since I have been trading online with Jazclass (from October 1996), this has happened only once. This was way back before CD-ROMs were commonly used and I produced my courses on 3.5" diskettes. The customer in question was unfamiliar with and had difficulty transferring the course from 3 diskettes onto his computer. I therefore refunded him his money.
These days Copy and Paste from CD to Hard drive is the easiest of tasks and instructions with the CD are crystal clear and simple.
The quality and contents of the courses I provide have invariably been much praised and applauded by all customers, a very rewarding experience for me personally.

7. Confidentiality of Customer Details
All customer details (Name, Address, Email address, etc.) are collected on an SSL Secure form.
These data are exclusively used for the sole purpose of processing and delivering the Customer's order.
All data will not be used for any other purpose, will not be passed on to others and will remain Confidential at all times. The data are for my eyes only (Michael Furstner) and will not be seen by anyone else.
